Client Cancellations
• All deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may transfer payments (excluding the deposit) to a new date one time, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• No-shows result in forfeiture of all payments.

Weather Policy
Florida weather can be unpredictable. Your safety and the integrity of our décor are our priority.
• In the event of rain, severe storms, high winds, lightning, or unsafe weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled.
• Weather decisions are made at the sole discretion of Luxury Picnics and Co LLC.
• Weather-related cancellations are eligible for rescheduling only — not refunds.
• Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
Light cloud cover, heat, or mild wind do not qualify as severe weather.
In the rare event Luxury Picnics and Co LLC must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund including the deposit.
