By booking with Luxury Picnics and Co LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Luxury Picnics and Co LLC provides styled luxury picnic experiences, including décor, tablescape, seating, and agreed-upon add-ons.
Food and beverages are not provided due to liability, with the exception of cold spring water on ice. Clients may bring their own food and beverages in accordance with local regulations.

All bookings must be made by individuals 18 years or older.

Setup & Breakdown:
• Setup may begin up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
• All items will be styled and ready at your reserved start time.
• The picnic concludes at the scheduled end time unless an extension has been pre-approved and paid for in advance.
• Late arrival does not extend the reserved time.
• Guests must remain on-site for the full picnic duration. Leaving the setup unattended is not permitted.
• Luxury Picnics and Co LLC will return promptly at the conclusion of the reserved time to collect all rental items.
Location & Beach Rules
• Clients must follow all local park and beach regulations, including no alcohol or glass containers where prohibited.
• Permits, if required, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Travel fees may apply outside of Cape Coral.
• Exact beach setup locations may be adjusted due to crowds, weather, tide conditions, or restrictions.

Clients are responsible for all décor and rental items during the event.
• A cleaning or damage fee starting at $50 may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or damage beyond normal use.
• Clients are responsible for replacement costs of damaged or missing items.

Luxury Picnics and Co LLC is not responsible for:
• Weather conditions
• Public interference
• Enforcement of local regulations
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment
• Allergic reactions related to client-provided food
Guests attend and participate at their own risk.

Photography & Media
Photos and videos taken during your event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to the event date.
